Merits for Jung von Matt/Limmat and Thjnk Zurich

After winning gold at the Swiss Poster Award and silver at ADC Switzerland, the nonstop posters for Edelweiss created by Thjnk Zurich have now also been honored with an important international award at the One Show creative competition. The poster campaign for Edelweiss' direct flights, in which destination names of long-haul routes were pasted without gaps over two poster sites, received a coveted Merit award in the "Billboards & Transit Campaign" category, making it one of the 14 best poster campaigns in the world. Following last year's "Vitality Room" for Swissôtel, this is the second consecutive award at the One Show for the agency, which celebrates its second anniversary on June 1.

Jung von Matt/Limmat can be happy about three merits at once. With the "Soundbook App" for NordSüd Verlag, with which the agency already won numerous creative awards last year, the Zurich-based agency secured the award in the categories "Applications", "Mobile Apps" and "Use of Technology". With the app, reading aloud can be set to music. With mysterious sounds and dreamy pieces of music, the fairy tale lesson is transformed into an enchanting experience. The work was submitted together with Jingle Jungle. The Zurich-based recording studio is responsible for the sound implementation.

The One Show is one of the world's most prestigious award shows for advertising, design, interactive and branded entertainment. Each year, the industry's top creatives select the most groundbreaking work from nearly 20,000 exhibits. In 2018, just 596 Pencils were awarded. (hae/pd)
