Impact of Diversity Award aims to achieve more success through diversity
The Impact of Diversity Award recognizes outstanding personalities and projects that have made an outstanding contribution to greater diversity in business and society. Proposals and applications can be submitted for the second award in a total of 14 categories.
The Impact of Diversity Award is an initiative of the Women's Career Index (FKi). It will be awarded for the second time on April 7, 2022. Well-known corporations and companies support the award. Partners include Volkswagen, Fujitsu, Hays, MTU Aero Engines, the Serviceplan Group, Klöckner & Co, Mindshare and Accenture. There are also 17 partner initiatives.
Founded by Barbara Lutz together with FKi companies in times of the pandemic, Impact of Diversity is a platform where representatives from business, politics, science and society exchange their experiences on the topic of diversity. The goal is real impact. In top-class think tanks, concrete approaches and ideas for change are developed together. The Women's Career Index (FKi), a management tool for promoting women's careers in Germany, provides figures, data and facts for this purpose.
"Touched a nerve"
Barbara Lutz, founder of Impact of Diversity and Managing Director of FKi: "More and more companies are recognizing the value of a diverse and varied corporate culture. Diversity leads to more innovation and success. With the Impact of Diversity, we have created the forum for this. We network experts and activists with decision-makers and decision-makers from the business world. The success shows us that we have hit a nerve with the Impact of Diversity."
