Epica Awards 2023: Seven trophies for Switzerland
On Friday, the winning projects of the 2023 Epica Awards were announced. Switzerland took home a total of seven trophies. Foundry won two gold awards.
The Epica Awards are a creative prize that has been awarded by media professionals since 1987. The jury is made up of journalists from specialist magazines and portals in over 50 countries. 16 Swiss projects made it onto the shortlist in 21 categories.
On Friday, the winning projects were presented in the livestream (see video below) was announced. From three shortlist placements, the "Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbars Primal" campaign won double gold for the Foundry agency. The creative Ikea candle "The Candual" also won double silver for TBWA\Zürich.
Ruf Lanz can also look forward to another Epica precious metal this year: the agency won both silver and bronze for the "When art has to travel" campaign for Welti-Furrer. Stories can also look forward to silver with "When the debate falls silent" for the NZZ.
