Brain & Heart honored with International Hipe Award
The Hipe Award—short for High Performance Award—is considered one of the most prestigious awards for service companies in German-speaking countries. Brain & Heart Communication was honored with this award from among approximately 20,000 applicants.
The agency was tested with the Hipe Award "Ranking System Evaluation Procedure" according to the main criteria of service, performance, service and Effectiveness. The testing and evaluation procedure was carried out by awarding points and the result was presented according to the German grading system with top grade 1. The customers surveyed by Hipe gave Brain & Heart an overall score of 1.42.
