M-Stars online fanshop becomes "M-Fanshop

The M-Stars online store, which sells accessories from the Migros world, is getting a makeover and will be renamed «M-Fanshop» starting in August. It is owned by Premotion—a Lucerne-based marketing and events agency—and is operated in close collaboration with Migros.

When the M-Stars online store was launched in April 2010 as the successor to the M-Budget cult store, numerous new themes from the world of Migros found their way into the range alongside products in the M-Budget design. Among the most popular items were the iconic seal, bear and monkey motifs of the Migros gift bags. The shopping bags, for example, sold around 2'000 copies, according to the company. However, the most sought-after were the M-Budget and Ice Tea sunglasses, which were ordered over 8'600 times. The M-Stars range consisted of around 300 different items. Among them were also always unique items, so-called limited editions, such as the M-Budget Grümpelturnier set or the fancy yellow Mirador stool.

Now solves M-fanshop.ch M-Stars off. The online store appears in a new look that is even more in line with the world of Migros. The store continues to offer a wide range of products in the design of the popular Migros own brands. In addition, the M-Fanshop now also addresses the themes of current Migros campaigns with symbols and figures that are emotionally anchored with customers and employees. For example, Migros fans will also find the Lilibiggs or subjects from the campaign "From us. From here." campaign. For the procurement of fan articles, Migros' synergies with its suppliers will be used to guarantee responsible production. The M-Fanshop will continue to be operated by the Premotion agency. To date, the online store has attracted around 45'000 customers and generated total sales of around 3.5 million Swiss francs.
