Apps with love strengthened User Research
The agency Apps with love is bringing three experts on board for a new business unit in the field of user research.

With the user in focus, Apps with love integrates user research systematically and continuously into app development to create unique user experiences. The Bern-based full-service digital agency has recruited three experts who will systematically implement user research and innovation in the future with even stronger design thinking approaches and a specially developed model.
iRAIV is the name of the model developed by Julia Klammer, Alexandra Tanner and Milena Rutz for Apps with love. integrate: Research - Analyze - Ideate - Validate. They divide their activities into four phases that can be easily and scalably integrated into all app development steps from the kick-off workshop to concept development, design, programming, functional testing and market launch. The goal of these user research activities is to systematically record the behavior and experience of people in their role as users of digital products and technologies in the respective context and thus to better understand them. This is achieved through the targeted use and combination of research and innovation methods: from qualitative interviews, quantitative questionnaires, and interactive observations directly in the users' everyday lives to user experience journeys and co-creation workshops with customers and users.
Through the strategic partnership, Apps with love expands its own portfolio of competencies and can now offer customers not only expert opinions from the existing design and development team, but also well-founded user research and usability testing in order to develop the digital products into sustainably successful products with the systematic inclusion of suitable target groups and stakeholders.
