Following the overwhelming response and record demand in its first year, Switzerland's largest AI in Marketing conference is opening its doors for its second edition. On April 29, 2026, The Circle at Zurich Airport will once again be transformed into the central point of contact for marketing and communication managers who want to tap into the potential of artificial intelligence for their work.

Over 450 participants and renowned partners

The second edition of the conference expects over 450 participants and offers 14 keynotes, 12 masterclasses and contributions from more than 35 speakers on four parallel stages. Last year's overwhelming demand underlines the industry's growing need for in-depth knowledge and practical applications. In order to meet this interest with a varied program at the second edition, the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich as Education Partner, the University of St. Gallen and the FHNW will be represented on stage with the latest practical insights and studies.

"The response to our first edition far exceeded our expectations," explains Tanja Herrmann, founder of the AI in Marketing Conference. "This shows us that the need for high-quality knowledge exchange on the topic of AI in marketing is even greater than we thought. We have created significantly more space for 2026 to meet this need."

Practice-oriented agenda with a broad range of topics

The agenda promises practice-oriented keynotes, inspiring talks, interactive masterclasses, discussion panels and Q&A sessions focusing on local and international best practices and concrete use cases.

The range of topics is deliberately broad and covers the most important developments in the field of AI marketing. It ranges from autonomous AI agents in marketing that can take on complex tasks independently, generative search engine optimization and hyper-personalization with predictive analytics to generative AI for automated content creation in text, images, video and audio. Ethical issues relating to data security, copyright and compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act will also be discussed in detail, as will the innovative use of digital twins to simulate customer behavior and test campaigns in virtual environments.

The mix of public, research and private sectors makes the AI in Marketing conference a unique place of learning where theoretical knowledge meets practical application. Participants can look forward to an intensive exchange with industry experts and learn how they can effectively integrate the latest AI technologies into their own marketing strategies.
