Adobe: Student competition announced

Adobe Systems is now accepting applications for the Adobe Design Achievement Awards (ADAA). This international competition recognizes students from accredited universities in the fields of graphic design, photography, illustration, animation, digital film production, development, and computer art.

Work can be submitted in three categories: "Interactive Media" includes browser-based design, non-browser-based design, application development, installation design and mobile design; "Motion Media" includes animation, live action and motion graphics; "Traditional Media" includes illustration, packaging, photography and print communication.
Projects can be submitted until June 4, 2010 at the Website to submit. The finalists will be invited to the awards ceremony at Adobe MAX in Los Angeles and will receive software and cash prizes. The competition is supported by the International Council of Graphic Design Associations (Icograda).
