Last but not least: Red Green Blue Bedtime Reading

A work that is certainly missing from your shelf: The RGB Colorspace Atlas. The three volumes are supposed to represent all colors of the RGB color space. Or at least almost.

Each of the three books by the American artist Tauba Auerbach has the shape of a cube with edge length 20cm. And many pages: 3632 per volume. This is because the atlas claims to depict every color of the RGB color space. That's a nice idea, but theoretically impossible. After all, the color space oriented to screens is infinitely large. But if you are looking for a certain color, you have a good chance of finding it in the RGB Colorspace Atlas - the one or other red-green-blue mixture should be there. A good book does not necessarily need words or pictures - three colors are enough. And should the tome be made into a movie one day: The book was better, as always. (hae)
