Last but not least: More home than appearance
Y&R New York wants to encourage people, on behalf of PETA, to adopt a dog from a shelter rather than buy one from a breeder.
It is better to give a faithful, grateful companion a new life than to acquire the breeding "trophy" of a breeder. That's the opinion of the animal rights organization Peta, which has had Y&R visualize its cause. And quite convincingly. Good old print ads with an aha effect. "Don't buy a Trophy from a Breeder. Adopt a Companion." Even though the subject matter would certainly need to be differentiated a bit. Especially since home dogs belong in particularly experienced and competent hands, depending on their history. But basically: Good thing. And at least as well advertised. (hae).
