Last but not least: Boring
A webcam in Wisconsin is drawing record numbers of viewers. However, the events being broadcast aren't exciting, entertaining, or even funny—no, they're just plain boring.
Officials keep coming into the picture, sitting down, scribbling something on a piece of paper, sorting documents, scanning forms, standing up again, leaving the picture again. And so on and so forth. In a secret location, people are checking the signatures on a petition to remove Governor Scott Walker and five other Republicans from office. And checking. And check. And check.
The Webcam has become so popular, according to 20 Minuten online, that it has a parody Twitter account on which followers have given the officials nicknames. Watching others do their monotonous work seems to exert a certain fascination on humanity. Admittedly: It's kind of fascinating. A little, anyway. Snore.
