Last but not least: That's the top
A day in the mountains is balm for the heart and soul - if it weren't for the advertising everywhere, says the IG Plakat Raum Gesellschaft. That's why the association publishes a brochure with ski resorts where "there is no advertising in front of the snow-covered mountains."
The IG Plakat Raum Gesellschaft wants a clear view of the powder snow, the steel-blue sky and the white-powdered mountains. Huge advertising spaces at the valley and mountain stations, cars flown in by helicopter at the edge of the slopes or even 34-metre-long Toblerone wrappers covering ski lifts are a thorn in the side of the association.
Fortunately, there are a few Swiss ski resorts that take a cautious approach to advertising, writes the association in a press release on Tuesday. The IG Plakat Raum Gesellschaft is now promoting these ski resorts itself - in the form of a discreetly snow-white and brightly colored brochure. Advertisers who are looking for a break away from their everyday working life can find it here download free of charge. (sis)
