Last but not least: wide side

In February, the German-style magazine *Blick* faced criticism from Roger Schawinski—and apparently took it to heart.

In its Blog post Schawinski criticized, among other things, the lack of interest in Switzerland on the part of the German "Hors-sol-Blick bosses". Without networks and social knowledge, they are caught in the "sex and crime" trap and are unable to deal with topics relevant to the country.

This lack of interest manifests itself not only in the choice of topics, but also in the language used by former Bild employees. Schawinski used numerous examples to underline the validity of his criticism. One of them: "Katie Price as broad as Buddha". While in Germany "broad" is a synonym for totally drunk, here the expression is "absolutely incomprehensible". That was of course an exaggeration, but you knew what he meant.

As chance would have it, Katie Price - an English "bosom wonder" with a psychic rucksack - once again looked too deeply into the glass. This gave those responsible at Blick the opportunity to show what they had learned from the Schawinski criticism. In an astonishingly charming way.

...and otherwise it's working really well now with understanding - even as a Swiss person you know what they mean when they look at you.
