Casting shows seem to be successful all over the world. Every broadcaster is trying to attract viewers with a casting show. The Austrian news agency APA is now reporting the latest casting prank - Jackie Chan is looking for the next action star and therefore probably also his successor. The actor is casting applicants on Chinese television who can combine dance and kung fu. Chan is producing the show entitled "The Student" together with the Beijing television station BTV. The winners of the casting are given roles in a film produced by Chan.
