Ridley Scott shows where Bartli gets the cognac

Star director Ridley Scott has created a short film for the cognac brand Hennessy that takes the viewer on a mythical journey of taste.

According to Scott's vision, every sip of the 250-year-old cult cognac triggers seven sensory and taste experiences. "The Seven Worlds" is therefore the title of the four-minute short film, which was produced under the creative direction of DDB Paris. The director, who is responsible for films such as "Alien", "The Martian" and "Blade Runner", together with his production company RSA Films and the Moving Picture Company, is stirring things up with a big ladle. The film will be accompanied by a soundtrack by Daniel Pemperton, who has already composed for various films by Scott. A 60-second version is to be broadcast during the Oscar ceremony on February 24.
