Hop, hop, hooray
This year's John Lewis Christmas ad features animals on a trampoline.

John Lewis is one of those brands whose Christmas campaigns are eagerly anticipated in November. That's because they delight audiences every year. Last year, the British department store made headlines with «#ManOnTheMoon» brought tears to viewers« eyes and competed with Edeka's »Coming Home" for the title of most emotional Christmas ad. At «Monty the Penguin» – the heartwarming campaign from 2014 – I'm sure you remember it, too.
Following a teaser a few days ago, the 2016 campaign “#BusterTheBoxer” has now been released. Like its predecessors, it was created by Adam & Eve/DDB London. And once again, it’s a real treat—though this year it’s far less tear-jerking and much more lighthearted. Instead, it features wild animals putting the big Christmas present through its paces on the night before Christmas. And Buster, the boxer, who’d love to join in. The race for the Christmas campaign of the year is on. (hae)
