After the Paint King we present here the Excel Picasso. A Japanese pensioner who wanted to paint on his PC but had no money for a graphics program. So he made the best of what was already available to him - Microsoft Excel. And the best is sometimes quite impressive. His artwork may be a matter of visual taste, but technically Horiuchi is definitely in a league of his own.
