The train offers numerous advantages over other means of transportation. It is fast, comfortable, allows passengers to work or do other things than drive. Arrival times can be accurately predicted regardless of traffic jams. At least as a rule and at least in Switzerland. And something that is likely to become increasingly important for many travelers in the future: The train offers a - relatively - climate-friendly option for getting from A to B.

The British train provider Virgin Trains stages the comfortable way of traveling with a furious spot, which was created by the agency Anomaly and offers a firework display of effects.

As is so often the case when transport companies go out on a limb with their advertising, this provokes the anger of many viewers. The comments under the YouTube clip, for example, complain about constantly broken toilets and "free" internet for second class passengers. At the end of the day, you can never please everyone - especially not as a transport company.
