Appocalypse wow
A world without apps? Apple paints an apocalyptic doomsday scenario with humor and self-deprecating wit.

Apple this year Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is celebrated by the company with a three-minute - but extremely entertaining - commercial that was produced in-house. It begins with the nerd's first day at work, who is visibly (and understandably) uncomfortable in the Apple Store server room. He accidentally unplugs the wrong cable and, lo and behold, the apps of this world are gone.
Just how dependent we all have become on certain apps is shown by the following doomsday scenario, with which Apple, despite all the exaggeration and jokes, is probably not so wrong. We could confidently do without Face Swap, but even with the navigation apps, things would look different for many people. (hae)
