Witwinkel sets a clear signal for Two Spice: "We Love the System"
With a new promotional video, the Zurich-based restaurant group Two Spice confidently reaffirms its roots and identity: chain restaurants as its strength. In collaboration with the Zurich-based creative agency Witwinkel, they produced a film that highlights their commitment to clear processes, a strong team culture, and uncompromising quality.
While system gastronomy is often perceived as inflexible or lacking in emotion, Two Spice shows a different perspective: a lively, organically functioning system that has been successful for 25 years. Two Spice brought sushi to Zurich and, with brands such as Rice Up, Yalda and Nooba, built up structures that still contribute significantly to growth today.
Witwinkel supported Two Spice in working out these values precisely and sharpening its employer branding. The film shows how consistently Two Spice lives its processes - and how they give employees stability, development opportunities and a shared understanding of quality.
The image film is the first milestone in a more comprehensive employer branding strategy that will be communicated more strongly to the outside world in future. The aim is to appeal to employees and applicants alike, promote identification and attract new talent to the catering group.
"Two Spice shows that strong systems don't slow things down, they enable growth," says Witwinkel. "That's exactly what we wanted to make visible with the film."
The new image film is now available via the Two Spice channels.
