Wirz for Swissstaffing: Temporary work helps everyone

In the public eye, the temporary staffing industry is often associated with uncertainty. Swissstaffing, the association for the staffing industry, has commissioned Wirz to raise public awareness of the positive aspects of temporary work.

Temporary work is an important part of the Swiss labor market - and yet its image is often characterized by negative prejudices. In order to create a sound basis for a differentiated discussion, Wirz, in collaboration with Swissstaffing commissioned the Sotomo research institute to conduct an independent study, which led to a clear conclusion: temporary work is far more than a stopgap solution - it brings decisive benefits to companies, employees and the economy as a whole.

Study results as the basis for the campaign

This result forms the basis for the current Swissstaffing campaign, which was developed and implemented by Wirz.

Under the motto "Temporary work helps everyone", the campaign sends a clear message: temporary work is not a compromise, but an opportunity. The campaign is being played out in two forms and focuses on these positive aspects of temporary work. Certain channels focus on emotionality, showing people who benefit from temporary work. In more rationally oriented media, on the other hand, the campaign focuses on facts and shows findings from the study.

The measures have been hanging in the federal city of Berne since Monday, flanked by DOOHs and an online campaign until mid-April.
