When cat ladies and those in need of love fall into the online trap
Based on the realization that the biggest source of uncertainty in online banking is people themselves, PostFinance’s latest nationwide campaign focuses entirely on safe digital banking practices. Y&R Group Switzerland is responsible for the campaign’s creation.

The new damage cover is advertised: PostFinance is the first and only bank in Switzerland to offer free damage cover should someone - in a weak moment - open the door to a Trojan or virus on their computer.
How can it be that people still fall for Internet scammers? It's quite simple. They deliberately exploit human weaknesses and, as we all know, everyone has a weakness from time to time. To name just a few: Greed, naivety and neediness of love.
In the stories created for this purpose, the protagonists are in an emotional low or high when they become aware of the internet scammers. A man in need of love is lured into a love trap by a Trojan called Anastasia. And a cat lady falls for the virus disguised as a cute kitten. It's a good thing that PostFinance offers free damage cover for such cases.
At the center of the campaign created by Y&R Group Switzerland is the newly designed Security hubwhere you can quickly and easily find out about the numerous security measures taken by PostFinance. Simple tips also explain how you can contribute to your own security. In addition to the TV commercials, digital ads, social media, out-of-home and mailings are used to refer to the security hub and advertise the new free loss cover on offer. And for all those who want to learn about security not only in theory but also in practice, PostFinance is now offering free security courses throughout Switzerland. So Internet fraudsters no longer stand a chance. Even if their name is Anastasia.
