Vogellisi: How Sunrise and Sir Mary celebrate the ski season creatively
As the main partner of Swiss-Ski, Sunrise is celebrating the 2023/2024 season with ski fans by releasing a remake of the infamous “Vogellisi Song” from Chuenisbärgli in Adelboden: Singer Dabu of the Swiss dialect band Dabu Fantastic was tasked with re-recording the song during the race weekend using only sounds from the event itself and the ski fans in attendance.
Dabu and his producer Zid had 24 hours to reinterpret the Vogellisi song at the Ski World Cup in Adelboden. The challenge, which was personally delivered by Marco Odermatt, resulted in two entertaining documentary clips for Instagram and Tiktok as well as a music video with the newly interpreted composition.
After successfully completing the challenge in Adelboden, Dabu continued on to Wengen the following weekend, where he was able to experience unforgettable moments at the Lauberhorn race as a reward for his musical commitment and to promote the "Sunrise Moments" customer loyalty program. These included conquering the official race course with Mauro Caviezel and a meet & greet with ski star Marco Odermatt in the Sunrise Lounge. These experiences were used to create another documentary film for Sunrise's social media platforms.

The campaign with Dabu was successfully played out on Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube and was supported by media partnerships with View and the Swiss Illustrated extended. The song can be heard on social media at Sunrise and Dabu. Due to the high demand, the song will also be available on all the usual streaming platforms very soon.
