The House advertises Migros Group apprenticeships with face toasts and fortune teller

The Migros Group’s “Arbeitswelt” apprenticeship hub has been live since early August 2019. In addition to service tools such as the Talent Matcher and the in-house WhatsApp chatbot, a new interactive video from The House playfully guides young people toward the right apprenticeship.

Trainees can now work on the Engagement Hub of the Migros Group immerse themselves in their own story and find out even more playfully how they can best progress on the path to an apprenticeship. In the process, users experience a series of challenges that, if the answers are correct, convey core values of the Migros Group working world, while wrong answers in turn reward them with entertaining scenes - until they choose the right one.

Anyone who plays through to the various endings of the film learns a lot of valuable information for the path from the trial apprenticeship to the apprenticeship - and can then jump straight to the Migros Group's apprenticeship offers, or sharpen the search in advance with other features such as the Talent Matcher.

In the process, the concept "Your apprenticeship. Your perspective. is consistently continued in the interactive film. Users experience everything in first-person view. This makes the experience a seamless addition to the more than 100 vignettes in which apprentices have been showing their perspectives since August 2019, giving trainees an insight into more than 60 professions.

The new gamification feature is being teased among 13- to 17-year-olds with movies on various platforms from Instagram, YouTube and TikTok to Spotify, Twitch or Gameloft.

The concept developed by The House, including storyline and UX design, was produced in collaboration with Dynamic Frame, programmed by Liip and integrated into the hub. Web Republic is responsible for media.
