Spreading plan for Pro Mente Sana: "60 seconds" for the early detection of mental health problems

The campaign for Pro Mente Sana’s «ensa» program asks decision-makers for just «60 seconds» of their attention.

Time is money. So is the mental health of employees - after all, overworking employees costs the Swiss economy around CHF 6.5 billion a year. The Zurich agency Streuplan combines these two facts for Pro Mente Sana in its "60 seconds" campaign.

Central to the campaign is the eponymous 60-second video message, which directly addresses managers and those responsible for HR and occupational health management. It briefly and succinctly focuses on the relevance of "mental health in the workplace" and presents the investment in the "ensa first aid courses for mental health" program as a worthwhile part of the solution.

This is worthwhile not only on an interpersonal level, but also because every franc invested in the mental health of employees translates into more than double the savings and cost reductions. For example, through increased satisfaction, reduced absenteeism or lower staff turnover.

The courses offered by ensa are based on the internationally successful and scientifically sound "Mental Health First Aid" concept. This closes the gap between the already established prevention and intervention services: The ensa Mental Health First Aid courses are designed to enable employees to recognize mental health problems in colleagues at an early stage, respond appropriately and provide professional help - before it is too late.

All advertising materials (posters, social media ads, electronic and physical mailings, etc.) link to the video. It also supports the entire sales process through targeted integration.

The campaign is aimed at companies and organizations of all types and sizes. Including those working in the advertising industry. And everyone should be able to devote 60 seconds to the mental health of their employees.
