Playful training: New agency Klexx creates campaign for UBS Kids Cup

A first big order for the new agency Klexx of the Hug publishing group: For the Kids Cup of UBS, it developed on- and offline ideas for the promotion of playful forms of exercise.

UBS Kids CupThe Hug publishing group in Kilchberg creates well-known children's media such as Junior and Maky and supports renowned companies in their family marketing. Klexx was founded at the beginning of 2022 to better meet the increasingly specific requirements in the field of children's and family marketing. In doing so, the newly founded marketing agency can rely on a well-established team that has already successfully put numerous customer ideas into practice at Hug-Verlag.

In the first quarter of the new year, the newly created agency Klexx had the privilege of developing on- and offline ideas for the UBS Kids Cup, which are designed to promote playful forms of exercise and help families lead an active and healthy lifestyle. The result was a mobile platform on the existing website with exercises, tips, ideas and games. Among other things, training plans and exercise sheets were designed for downloading, as well as a family calendar with a reward system for physical activity and activities in everyday life. For children, parents and friends who love exercise, the popular "hurry up and do it" game was further developed. And the "Handprint Twister" trains coordination, balance and agility.

The specifically created, fun, drawn exercises are designed to provide inspiration for everyday exercise. Training programs and exercise sheets were specifically tailored to the needs of children and families. Furthermore, text and image content was created for website, newsletter and social media channels.

The UBS Kids Cup is a project to promote physical activity among children and young people between the ages of 7 and 15 throughout Switzerland, organized by Weltklasse Zürich and Swiss Athletics and made possible by UBS. The triathlon, consisting of the disciplines 60-m sprint, long jump and ball throw, promotes the basic movement forms of running, jumping and throwing, which are elementary for all sports and are anchored in Curriculum 21. Since it began in 2011, there have been more than one million starts at the UBS Kids Cup.
