This is how Allianz Suisse and Sir Mary creatively defy the shortage of skilled workers
With 160 pre-written job applications, Allianz Suisse aims to poach employees from the competition—right on their way to work.

Switzerland has been affected by an acute shortage of skilled workers for several years now, reaching new highs year after year. Which is why companies need to rethink their recruitment strategies in order to be noticed by new talent. This is especially true for companies in the finance and insurance industry. Because according to the Swiss Federal Statistical Office, this sector has an astonishingly high proportion of unfilled vacancies. This is a challenge that Allianz Suisse has recognized and addressed in an encouraging way with the Sir Mary agency.
"Probably the most striking application"
Allianz Suisse's "poaching poster" has been live in Zurich's Sihlcity since the beginning of the week. The placement of the special measure, which was implemented together with APG, is no coincidence: It is located exactly on the commuting route of more than 5,000 top talents from other financial and insurance companies. And with over 160 ready-made application letters to tear off and take with them, it makes it easy for them to "move up the ranks" at Allianz at any time. The "recruitment poster" is supported by a digital campaign.
