Ruag launches employer branding campaign by Creasquare

The technology group Ruag wants to boost its appeal as an employer and is launching a Switzerland-wide campaign by Creasquare to that end.

In order to fulfill its performance mandate, Ruag requires the skills of specialists from various professional fields. And in order to position itself as an attractive employer in this target group, Ruag is launching a nationwide campaign for the first time to raise awareness of the diversity and attractiveness of its professions. The campaign was conceived and produced by Creasquare.

Employees have their say

The campaign focuses on Ruag employees and their motivation to contribute to Switzerland's security. They are clearly in focus and share their honest convictions about how they are part of national security. This authentic communication should reflect the convictions of the employees. Four commercials, four (D)OOH subjects and a landing page with testimonials and an introduction video were produced. The campaign has been running since June 17, 2024 over the summer months and will be
played out cross-media throughout Switzerland.
