Roth & Maerchy gives the dance festival a new look

For the upcoming dance festival, the agency Studio Roth & Maerchy has given the existing word mark a new look. In addition, it is now responsible for implementing the annual campaign.

The dance festival takes place from the beginning of May in 36 Swiss cities. Theaters, cultural centers, dance schools and public spaces will become stages and dance floors for young and old during this time. This year's Tanzfest is dedicated to the spirit of adventure and explorative curiosity.

The agency Studio Roth & Maerchy has realized a matching campaign for this. The dancing "A" is intended as a concise recognition feature. The newly chosen typeface gives the overall appearance an urban and striking effect, which, together with color combinations and humorous subjects on all communication media, is intended to create an eye-catching and surprising impression.

The program booklet for 17 different venues will now be distributed in the form of a compact fanfold, containing all the important program highlights as well as a practical program overview to hang up. Short animations and a uniform appearance for all cities are intended to attract attention on social media, while on site the dance festival presents itself to the audience in an unmistakably colorful and lively way thanks to a matching décor.
