Parking lot mailing
The agency at the airport sends emails to customers offering a VIP parking space with a roll-out feature.
A planned major project was postponed by the customer to the first quarter of 2017. Now, capacities in the agency suddenly become free at the end of the year. So regular customers had to be dynamized and "sleeping customers" had to be awakened in order to bring forward or trigger orders. So that the customers do not lose time at the check-in for the last minute order, they were provided with a personalized, reserved VIP parking space in original size (5 x 3.2 meters). (The customers who do not check in at short notice in Eastern Switzerland can certainly use the roll-out parking space specifically for Christmas shopping in the city).
