Lumina Health for KSA Aarau: So that the air doesn't run out

The Lumina Health agency is launching a campaign on pneumology, thoracic surgery and sleep medicine for Aarau Cantonal Hospital. The focus is on patients' experiences and medical expertise.

The current "Air - Lungs - Life" campaign from Aarau Cantonal Hospital KSA aims to raise awareness of the importance of healthy airways and comprehensive care for lung and thoracic diseases. "With this omnichannel campaign, we are setting new accents in communication on lung health - innovative, eye-catching and present on all channels," says Tarja Zingg, Campaign Manager and Managing Director of Lumina Health. "It was important to us to convey the complexity of pneumological and thoracic surgical diseases from the perspective of patients and the medical profession."

Informative and approachable at the same time

The focus is on an informative magazine that combines specialist input, patient stories, useful tips for everyday life and playful elements such as a comic and a puzzle page. The campaign is accompanied by various channels - from social media and bicycle boxes to animated in-house screens.

The campaign visual combines rationality with emotionality - two supposed opposites that are closely linked in medicine. The mixture of AI-generated lung visualization and playful illustrations is intended to reflect this area of tension.
