Komet implements image and recruiting campaign for ASPS
The Association Spitex privée Suisse (ASPS) is recruiting for its 400 association members. Komet's campaign is intended to appeal not only to potential employees, but also to potential customers and their relatives.
The ASPS represents the common interests of around 90% of all private Spitex organizations throughout Switzerland. It exerts influence on their behalf in the context of health policy debates such as care financing, the implementation of the care initiative or the revision of the KVG. The ASPS also initiated and realized the job portal. A Komet campaign is now looking for urgently needed nursing staff for ASPS members.
It argues with the "healthy" working conditions compared to the rest of the industry, in which the well-being of the care staff comes first - quite simply so that those in need of care can come first with the care staff. This win-win situation is also reflected in the campaign message that spans all advertising material: if the carers are well, the people being cared for will also be well.
This is combined with lifelike photo portraits of caregivers and care recipients, creating an image campaign that is also a clever recruitment campaign.
