Jung von Matt and Bell celebrate shared experiences

This summer, Bell is bringing out sausages and cervelas to celebrate the beloved Swiss BBQ tradition. The first joint campaign by Bell and Jung von Matt Limmat picks up on this custom and celebrates fond memories with the tagline «That’s why fire was invented.».

Bell is igniting a passion for Swiss barbecue culture this summer. The first joint campaign was created in collaboration with Jung von Matt Limmat. The claim "Fire was discovered for this" celebrates barbecuing as a central part of our culinary tradition.

The centerpiece of the campaign, the TVC with the Cervelas in the leading role, is intended to arouse anticipation for the coming barbecue season. The campaign depicts the colorful and diverse Swiss society and brings it together through shared experiences around an open fire. And thus celebrates the uniquely unifying moments that only grilling a Cervelas on a stick can promise.

From scouts to the family

The film shows a variety of vignettes of different people grouped around a fire with a Cervelas on a stick. Motivated scouts, colorful families, urban youngsters - all united in their efforts to become the greatest of all barbecue masters.
to be. Although some do this better than others. "At a time when genuine connections and emotional experiences are becoming increasingly important, we want our campaign not only to consolidate our position as Switzerland's leading barbecue brand, but also to develop an authentic connection with our customers. Our message is simple: it's not just about the product, but about the moments of togetherness, laughter and enjoyment that come from barbecuing together," says Davide Elia from Bell. The sound was also created especially for the campaign.

In addition to the TVC, a wide range of media formats are used, from online assets to OOH and DOOH through to promotions.
