Jelmoli implements campaign with the cooking skills of its employees
"Join the table" - Jelmoli has served. During the Food Zurich festival, Jelmoli presented an exquisite selection of employees' favorite recipes.
The current fall campaign is carried by Jelmoli employees and their cooking skills. They were photographed cooking their favorite recipes and adorn the windows of the House of Brands throughout September. The cooking instructions can be found on Jelmoli.ch/foodzurich can be read. The recipes come from a wide variety of countries around the world. From traditional barley soup from Switzerland to stuffed zucchini from Greece to South African boboti, an eclectic mix of menus has emerged.
The culinary journey continues in the Jelmoli Autumn Magazine more: Three Jelmoli gastronomy restaurants exclusively reveal their special recipes. The Parisian chef from Fauchon also contributes a menu suggestion. All ingredients are available at the Food Market in the basement at Jelmoli.
