Ingo and Ewz portray solar Zurich residents

Ewz is once again selling around 10,000 square meters of new solar panels. After winning a pitch, Ingo Zürich develops the campaign further. Portraits of solar Zurich residents give the whole thing a personal touch.

Both tenants and homeowners can contribute to Zurich becoming a solar city even faster. An Ewz solar share is available for CHF 250 per square meter, and an unused roof can be made available for an Ewz solar system without any investment costs.

Ingo's campaign shows solar Zurich residents calling on people to join the ever-growing solar movement. Well-known faces from the city such as sustainability blogger Annina Mutter, DJ David Suivez and John Baker founder Jens Jung were also in front of photographer Raphaela Pichler's lens.

The poster campaign is intended to pick up the urban population on the move and is mainly present at streetcar stops. QR codes on hanging boxes on public transport also allow people to delve deeper into the topic and make a direct purchase via the landing page. Social media and e-mailings are also intended to generate traffic and conversions. In the Zürcher-Kombi of Lokalinfo, an advertisement and article remind readers of Ewz's solar participation, as does a short spot at the Cinéma Solaire Openair cinema.

The campaign is flanked by a RonOrp collaboration. Short videos featuring solar architect Ladina Schöpfer and solar racer Gian-Leo Willi from the ETH student project "A-Centauri" will be shown. In addition, Cedric Schild from Izzy Projects is on the trail of solar worshippers. And Energy Zurich is using radio spots to encourage people to drink solar green tea, use solar computers and listen to solar radio - appropriately complemented by Ewz's solar weather sponsorship.
