Coop Influencer Marketing: 2026 Annual Campaign Launched

Since 2017, Kingfluencers and Coop have been working closely together in the field of influencer marketing. What began as a project-based collaboration has evolved into a structured strategic partnership. With the launch of the 2026 annual campaign, both companies are moving into the next phase—thereby sending a clear signal about the importance of a year-round creator-focused approach in the Swiss retail sector.

The focus of this collaboration is on firmly establishing Coop’s private-label brands in consumers’ everyday lives. The strategy is based on a continuous, “always-on” presence, which is strategically complemented by seasonal campaigns: from Veganuary to barbecue season, raclette and fondue, and Christmas. In this way, various private-label brands are showcased in a relevant way throughout the year and integrated into authentic everyday moments.

Above-average KPIs thanks to the creator ecosystem

The 2025 annual campaign highlighted the above-average performance of the collaboration. By combining strategic planning, creative content, and data-driven management, strong KPIs were achieved with selected creators. According to the announcement, the campaign impressed with above-average reach, strong engagement metrics, and high-performing execution across all relevant key performance indicators.

Particular emphasis is placed on the seasonal campaigns, which stood out thanks to authentic storytelling and a strong connection to the community. The campaigns succeeded in strategically capitalizing on relevant moments throughout the year and imbuing the brands with emotional resonance—a crucial factor for lasting brand loyalty.

«This case study shows how effectively creative content, community engagement, and commercial goals can be combined,» says Luca Obrist, Head of Marketing at Kingfluencers. «Together with Coop, we’ve implemented campaigns that not only generate attention but are equally relevant to both brands and consumers.»

The feedback from clients is also positive: «Working with Kingfluencers is always very professional and respectful. We appreciate the high quality of the content they create, which is precisely tailored to our needs, as well as the successful mix of creative content and suitable influencers,» says Annika Meier, Social Media Advertising at Coop.

Partnership 2026: Taking Influencer Marketing to a New Level

According to the company, the continuation of the collaboration in 2026 marks the next milestone in the strategic partnership. The annual campaign, which has already been launched, builds seamlessly on previous successes and is designed to specifically strengthen Coop’s position in the Swiss retail sector. The combination of creator expertise, structured annual planning, and performance-oriented management is also intended to further solidify Kingfluencers’ role as a comprehensive partner for measurable, creator-driven marketing solutions.

Kingfluencers is a subsidiary of the publicly traded company naoo and, according to its own figures, has a network of more than 3,800 influencers as well as its own AI-powered campaign platform. Since 2016, the company is said to have carried out more than 3,500 campaigns in the DACH region.
