Designing gives Dry January a new face

Dry January Switzerland is entering its fourth year with several new faces. Gestalten has developed a new campaign concept for the challenge, designed to symbolize what Dry January stands for: a zest for life and alternatives to drinking.

"Cheers!" has been heard a lot in recent weeks. Dry January takes this slogan in its most literal meaning. With "Cheers, Santé, Salute!" pleads the campaign for a healthy awareness in dealing with alcohol. The ultimate goal is not even to give up alcohol completely, but to have the courage to try it out for yourself and take a closer look at your own drinking habits.

The visuals for the campaign are intended to show that you can toast with more than just beer, wine and alcoholic long drinks: You have the best conversations over a cozy cup of coffee, you can also get to know your new love over a glass of OJ at the brunch buffet and those who warm their souls with punch instead of mulled wine also keep a clear view on the slopes.

Once again, the campaign aims to motivate people to get involved - without any admonishing fingers, but with a zest for life and cheerfulness. It is visible on social media and is also being distributed to the public with colorful stickers, bicycle saddle covers and posters.
