"Find what you love!" - Kernbrand launches campaign for professional.ch

With a humorous campaign, professional.ch encourages people to find a job they love.

When the spaghetti is fatter than the pay, the superiors have the empathy of chatbots, and even the coffee machine gets promoted first, maybe it's time for a new job. Convinced that there is a perfect match for everyone, professional.ch has been helping professionals find their dream job for five years. As a partner for digital recruiting, the Zurich SME, which is part of Yousty AG, brings exciting employers together with suitable professionals.

"Meh Dräck" in communication

For its fifth anniversary, professional.ch gave itself a rebranding, which was developed by the in-house graphics team together with the Kernbrand agency. Claim, strategy and appearance were sharpened in several workshops and challenge rounds. The new motto of professional.ch is "Find what you love and make it match". Under the motto "Meh Dräck", it was decided to make the communication and tonality a bit more direct and cheeky.

Job frustration, humorously thematized

To launch the new look, Kernbrand worked with professional.ch to design an image campaign. The humorous subjects on the topic of job frustration can be seen on public transport and social media. Large-scale illuminated posters will also be placed at Zurich's main train station over the next two weeks. On Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat, young professionals are addressed with paid posts and organic content on the campaign subjects. The B2B clientele of professional.ch is addressed under the claim "Make it Match!" via LinkedIn in various advertising formats and via organic content. For the LinkedIn campaign, Kernbrand brought on board additional social media power from Christina Roduner, roduner communications, in order to best optimize LinkedIn's well-known rather high click price.

With the campaign, which is aimed at both young professionals and companies with a shortage of skilled workers, Kernbrand and professional.ch want to motivate people to find a job they love.

"We haven't met anyone at professional.ch who isn't ultra happy with their job - the professionals want to pass on this happiness, you can feel it," says core brand project manager Gisèle Ladner.
