"Almost always a good choice": Galaxus launches election campaign

Shortly before the federal elections, Galaxus is launching its own "election campaign". Instead of politicians, it's all about products from the Galaxus range. Political slogans included.

Many promises are currently emblazoned on political posters. Whether those responsible keep them remains to be seen - for Galaxus, the election posters are a reason to send its own candidates into the race during the hot election campaign phase. Because unlike some politicians, the products depicted should really deliver on their promises in their own way, according to Galaxus.

For the slogans of the 23 subjects, the creation team looked around in the real election programs of all political camps. The striking thing is that all the statements are so universally valid that they could just as easily be used as product promises.

Unlike some politicians, Galaxus does not want to take itself too seriously. Rather, the online retailer is trying to lighten up the typical cityscape of the election campaign with its countless political heads and messages with a humorous wink. This is also made clear by the campaign's self-deprecating binder, which all of the subjects have in common: "Almost always a good choice."

The campaign can be seen in German- and French-speaking Switzerland until October 1, 2023, in OOH and DOOH, as display ads and social ads, and as advertisements in daily newspapers and political weekly magazines.
