Farner shows good career opportunities for good people

The shortage of skilled workers is omnipresent in almost every industry. And in nursing care in particular. A joint campaign by Farner and various healthcare organizations aims to change this with a lot of humanity and humour.

Many professions offer good career opportunities and exciting challenges. But the job in long-term care has something more to offer: Very close interpersonal relationships between care professionals and clients, from which both sides grow and benefit. However, the new campaign "Make a career as a human being" humorously focuses on the fact that close relationships are not always without tension.

The relaunch of "Mach Karriere als Mensch" is the first joint result of a five-year mandate. In an initial phase, the campaign is primarily aimed at younger target groups and can therefore be seen online and on social media. A website offers further information for specialists, career changers and apprentices.

The campaign is backed by the supporting organizations Artiset, Spitex Switzerland and Odasanté. The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI supports the campaign.
