Farner develops the TCS campaign further

With a new theme and optimized online marketing strategies, Farner is relaunching the campaign featuring the animated characters of the Turrini family.

Farner's campaign shows the fun of being on the road, but also how quickly this can turn into worry and damage when Murphy's Law strikes. The lovingly animated characters of the Turrini family convey how TCS provides comprehensive help, advice and protection. A new spot and a new key visual were developed for the relaunch of the successful TCS Mobility Club campaign. In addition to membership services and travel protection, TCS Velo Versicherung is now also being advertised.

With the aim of making the existing campaign framework even more effective, TCS and Farner as well as the agencies DEPT, Netzeffekt and Mediatonic worked together in an even more integrated way. The entire campaign architecture was designed based on the Farner Behavior Model to overcome psychological and systemic barriers along the customer journey and maximize the impact of the campaign. The sophisticated concept is designed to further enhance the quality of the campaign in order to additionally increase the positive impact on deals.

A granularly designed creative inventory is distributed in a targeted manner with a technological setup focused on quality contacts and optimized throughout the campaign's duration based on data.
