In a competitive pitch, Gestalten won the overall contract for «Couples Counseling & Mediation in the Canton of Zurich.» The primary objective is to publicize the institution’s services and raise awareness that conflicts, problems, and therapeutic support are all part of any relationship.
The institution, whose church predecessors have been committed to supporting couples in difficult situations since 1950, was to become "trendier, fresher and more appealing". This was not only for humanitarian reasons, but also for economic reasons. After all, the consequential costs to the state of a separation can be immense. Especially when families with children are affected.
