Three new spots: Ricola gets involved in skiing
For the Ski World Cup in Wengen, Ricola not only supports the ski racer Niels Hintermann loudly in the finish area - but also with three new commercials.
On the weekend of January 13 to 15, 2023, the Ski World Cup will stop in Wengen. When the Swiss ski racers start in Wengen for the Super G, downhill and slalom, the whole nation will be rooting for them. Saturday's downhill classic in particular, with its legendary sections along the Russisprung, Hundschopf and Ziel-S, is world-famous and has always provided plenty of spectacle. Ricola is also involved - ski racer Niels Hintermann has been supported by Ricola since this winter season.
In the Ricola fan block, 100 Ricola employees supported their favorite loudly and colorfully. Ricola and skiing are a perfect match - because the herbal sweets ensure refreshed necks and thus vocal cheers. A photo gondola is installed in the finish area, through which a souvenir photo can be taken and taken home. Shortly before the race, there are now also three new clips in German and French - with the ski racer Hintermann in the leading role. The downhill specialist shows how to handle challenging situations in the snow.
Ricola is expanding its commitment in Switzerland by sponsoring a ski racer for the first time. The cooperation is set to run for four years. Ricola is thus reaffirming its national commitment across very different themes. The clips were realized by Nutshell Films in Zurich and will be aired on Ricola and Niels Hintermann's social media starting today.
