The Bern cantonal police are on the lookout for 1-1-7 thieves
The Bern Cantonal Police is looking to expand its ranks—and is making a splash with a clever recruiting campaign by Wirz. The campaign centers on the word mark «1-1-7-Siech.».
The Bern Cantonal Police are faced with the task of recruiting new talent for the police service. In order to present the profession in an attractive and modern way, the Wirz agency was entrusted with a recruiting campaign. At the heart of the campaign is the word mark "1-1-7-Siech", which charmingly combines the police emergency number with Swiss dialect and at the same time draws attention to the diverse requirements of the profession.
The subjects, realized with illustrator Benjamin Güdel, show scenes that only true Sibesiech*innen can master - from tricky missions to everyday challenges that require improvisation and commitment. This mixture of humor and seriousness highlights the claim of the Bern Cantonal Police: a modern employer that communicates its work and values with a twinkle in its eye.
The campaign will be launched on January 13, 2025 and will be visible throughout the canton of Bern - from (D)OOH and online platforms to print measures. With this appearance, the Bern Cantonal Police is emphasizing the importance and versatility of its job profile and inviting potential employees to become part of its team.
