The whole of Switzerland builds its dream thanks to Jumbo and Alpha 245
Jumbo's 35th anniversary is being celebrated in style - with a year-long anniversary campaign for which Alpha 245 created the overall concept and all advertising materials.
The "Build your dream" campaign was launched at the beginning of the year with a call to the whole of Switzerland to take part in the big competition: any DIY enthusiast, hobby gardener or handyman can submit online what they dream of by September 30 - whether it's a loft bed for four boys, a tree house with a skylight or a moped shelter with an automatic gate.
There is material from JUMBO worth a total of CHF 100,000 to be won. This is to be used by each winner for the realization of his project. A jury will continuously select further winners; they will be those with the most original yet feasible ideas. On the website of the same name, the entries are continuously posted in the gallery, so that you can get inspiration for your own entry.
The current poster designs with ideas such as a kitchenette with disco lighting are also intended to inspire. These are intended to motivate those who have not yet taken this small step to participate.
The following advertising media, among others, have been part of the anniversary campaign since January 2017 and into the fall: the print launch in the Jumbo newspaper, the website build-your-dream.chvarious online banners, as well as facade posters, fence panels, and other POS advertising materials. In addition, there is the current motivational poster display with six subjects, and subsequently a film documentary with selected winners is realized for the social media channels.
