So that man does not become a machine
Whether in factories, on plantations, or in households: Millions of people around the world are being exploited in the most appalling ways. They are treated without scruples, like machines that must work day and night—without breaks or vacations.

To draw attention to this problem, the organization Solidar Suisse is currently launching a new awareness campaign created by the creative agency Spinas Civil Voices. The focus is on the well-known Swiss contortionist Nina Burri, who uses her body to represent various machines. The result is unusual visuals that make viewers aware of the suffering of the exploited in an almost painful way.

Responsible at Solidar Suisse: Marco Eichenberger (Head of Fundraising). Responsible at Spina's Civil Voices: Stephan Huwiler, Matthias Freuler (creation), Meike Sprankel (consulting), Simon Opladen (photography), Annie Ryser, Melanie Rodel (body painting), Retusche Stoller (image processing); Nina Burri (contortion artist).
