When most Swiss people hear the name Comparis, the first thing that comes to mind is health insurance comparison. But the Swiss comparison platform offers consumers much more than that. According to its own information, Comparis is also the largest Swiss real estate marketplace—a service that aggregates listings from well-known major real estate portals as well as exclusive direct listings and makes them comparable. A new campaign is now designed to specifically raise public awareness of this unique selling point. The Comparis real estate campaign was conceived and produced by the Zurich-based Neu Creative Agency.

The campaign distills the unique selling point into a single sentence: «All real estate in one place.» This core message is dramatized in a direct way: very different properties are—literally—brought together in one place. The resulting skyscraper—arguably the most diverse in Switzerland—forms the basis for various initiatives that will be used in both film and static formats.
