System downtimes, failures of business-critical IT services, disruptions to ongoing operations - these problems not only cost a lot of money, but in the worst-case scenario can threaten a company's existence. In such cases, companies urgently need help from experts to restore IT operations as quickly as possible. With Code Zero, T-Systems has developed an emergency service that does just that: A team of experts comes to the company to ensure that IT is stabilized around the clock from day one and to provide professional support for incident and change management.
