Tyma and Marty-Trezzini realize rebranding film for Siech Cycles
The Zurich-based production companies Tyma and Marty-Trezzini have jointly created a brand film and imagery for the new brand identity of the Siech Cycles bicycle brand.
The bicycle brand Siech Cycles has been given a new rebranding by Wieden+Kennedy. The aim was to bring the claim "For the Love of Riding" to life. To this end, Tyma and Marty-Trezzini produced a film and created the entire visual world around it.
"We didn't just want to stage a product, but a feeling," explains Yannis Petrone, director and co-founder of Tyma. "It was about capturing that one moment when you're sitting on the bike, blocking out everything else and all you can feel is how free you are."
The film is intended to feel like a poetic declaration of love for cycling. It was filmed in Zurich from the perspective of the riders. The complementary imagery was photographed by Cyrill Matter and captures what Siech stands for with warm colors and an urban atmosphere: minimalist design combined with maximum joie de vivre.
The two creative teams conceived, wrote and implemented the measures in a close co-creation process - from the film script to the voice-over manifesto to the final edit.
