Edelweiss Hub Aroma: Brand Experience, Training, and Events All Under One Roof

The new Edelweiss Hub in Zurich is more than just an office building. The creative agency Aroma developed and implemented an overarching concept that brings together brand communication, knowledge sharing, the workplace, and event space into a single spatial design—accessible to employees, partners, and guests.

Experience the Brand in a Spatial Setting

On the publicly accessible ground floor, the Edelweiss Travel World takes center stage. Interactive features such as a geo-quiz, immersive displays, and images of selected destinations are designed to inspire a desire to travel and showcase the diversity of the airline’s offerings. Postcards, a variety of seating options, and a selection of coffee reflect the airline’s hospitality and invite visitors to linger. The «Heritage Wall» complements the brand experience and specifically highlights, among other things, the range of sports luggage.

Work, Learn, and Connect at the Edelweiss Hub Aroma

The first floor houses the training and workspace, which is not open to the public. Here, topics such as the customer journey, sustainability, product diversity, and cabin interiors are taught. Various media tools support the learning process—including an interactive aircraft wall and video screens. Two training rooms, meeting pods, and a kitchenette provide space for training sessions, discussions, and focused work.

The feeling of travel, down to the last detail

Informal encounters are also part of the concept. The lounge, with its postcard wall, incorporates elements from the world of travel and vacations and develops them further through its design. Two entrances and its exterior presence make the new hub visible even beyond its actual floor space.

For Aroma, the challenge was to integrate brand communication, knowledge transfer, the workplace, and event use into a cohesive spatial concept. The result is a space that makes the Edelweiss brand accessible to different target groups and usage scenarios—spatially, interactively, and in an experience-oriented way.
